THEIR FERRET FAMILY

Ferret Owners come from all walks of life - kids - senior citizens - nurses - air hostesses - single Mums etc.

In May 2001 Arthur and I had the pleasure of re-homing ferrets to a super celebrity Jane Goldman

( Ross) . At that time we only had 3 up for adoption and Jane adopted them all. You can always tell if people are going to make
good owners by the way they are around the ferrets and Jane was a natural, she just adored them right from the start.

On New Years Day 2003 Jonathon, Jane and the children came to adopt more ferrets, they too have got the bug. It was great
spending time with this lovely family as they are so down to earth and very easy to talk to.I must admit our neighbours were very
surprised that we had two such big celebrities here ( mind you, not as surprised as we were).

If you listen to Jonathon on a Saturday morning on his radio 2 show from 10am-1pm, you can usually hear him tell a story about
the ferrets. Other owners e-mail him to tell him about their pets.

Mimi, Marshal, Malucci and Merry have passed away now.But Pippin and Frodo have 2 new friends called Manny and Myli, both
from our rescue.The ferrets all board with us at holiday times each year.

I phoned Jonathon and spoke to him personally about publishing his photos on our site and he was quite happy for us to do so.
He has also stated that he will do anything he can to help us promote the health & welfare of ferrets.As he and Jane are so busy I
think that is really kind of them.
